- Registration of
deals with securities - Registration of securities burdensome with the
obligations;
- Realization of converting,
consolidation, spliting and other;
- Rendering services
with organization of the meeting;
- Calculation and
sending out dividends to the shareholders;
- Dispatch of the
necessary information to shareholders and some other services;
- Secure holding of
the national pravatizational options, that are used during privatization;
- Holding of value
in the secure depository cells.

Except for cost of services on storage of the state privatization checks, the value-added tax (VAT) in the Price-list is not considered (Clearing of the VAT of the operations connected with a turn-over of securities, it should be accepted in attention). According to the Decision of the Cabinet of the Azerbaijan Republic from 22.06.2005-th year for №116: " … In case the residual part of the sum is less 0.5 qapik, it should be increased up to one qapik if the residual part is equal or more than 0.5 gapik, it should be reduced up to one qapik". |
